Diversity and Inclusion is the future of Themed Entertainment and Creative Development. CQF provides learning resources for minorities pursuing a career in the field, special events, scholarships, and various programs to provide opportunity for Creative POCs to define how they fit in an always adjusting creative world. At the same time, we are actively in search of opportunities to partner with companies with a passion to develop content introducing new creative minority leaders to the industry.
